Rosey Rhyne is an I/O Psychologist and Manager of DDI’s Center for Analytics and Behavioral Research (CABER) team. She brings more than a decade of research experience, including experience in HR systems, People Analytics, and Organizational Effectiveness roles within HR. Her background in behavioral science informs her approach to understanding leaders and their impact on the workplace. Through the Global Leadership Forecast, she translates research into practical insights that help organizations develop effective leaders. Rosey is passionate about applying research and theory to real-world challenges to improve leadership and the employee experience.
